Our company's technical department successfully developed the ABA bubble film machine in 2016,the bubble film produced by this machine, compared with the products made by ordinary bubble film machine its toughness and durability have been significantly improved, bringing a new breakthrough in the field of our bubble film production.
The bubble layer and the bubble base layer are uniquely constructed from two layers of LDPE and one layer of HDPE, a combination that not only ensures the stability of the bubble film,but also gives it unique properties.The combination of four screws and two dispensers allows us to control the thickness and flow rate of each layer independently,making the production process more flexible and efficient.ABA bubble film is superior in terms of pressure tolerance,and is more resistant to humidity,vibration and abrasion than conventional bubble film.In addition,we can increase the ratio of HDPE/PP (100%) in the production formula,which improves the hardness of the product and makes it more suitable for envelope bag production.It is worth mentioning that the ABA bubble wrap machine has the ability to produce envelope bags in-line,eliminating the need to purchase additional PE film and effectively reducing production costs.
In 2023,our team once again overcame ABA's capacity bottleneck by, doubling the original in-line production speed from 50 metres per minute to 100 metres per minute.This achievement not only highlights a major breakthrough in the field of traditional bubble film production,but also reflects the in-depth research and development of the ZTECH team on the technology of the ABA bubble film machine,and our success in providing more optimal configuration solutions for our European customer, which in turn has won higher customer satisfaction.
